If we ask you to return a product please print out a returns form, you will find the link at the end of the page and post the heater back to our technical team who will diagnose the heater for faults.
If it is found to be a warranty fault we will repair or replace the heater asap. (Normally with in 7 days)
If it is found not to be a warranty issue we will contact you with the details and a quote.
